Marco Sprangers

As technical jack of all trades, I’ve been working at Sentech as an Inside Sales Engineer since late 2023. This role involves looking for the right sensor solution for our customers.

After completing my degree in Biosystems Engineering at Wageningen University, I worked as an engineer for a large theme park. I’ve also worked as a technical specialist at the distribution center of an e-commerce company. My studies and experience in different branches of industry enable me to feel at home in any dynamic and technical environment, and I understand what customers need.

At Sentech, I’m getting the perfect mix of dynamics and technology. We work on advanced machines in a rapidly changing world. From robotics and healthcare to agriculture and horticulture. All these sectors throw up sensor challenges that I and my colleagues deal with. Technology can indeed be applied everywhere. It’s fantastic tackling these projects with committed colleagues.

In my spare time, I like to play volleyball and can be found on the farm every week doing various odd jobs. I also enjoy hiking and I’m hoping to take part again in the next 4Days Marches in Nijmegen.
