I have been enjoying working at Sentech as a Sales & Customer Support Representative since April 2019. Here, I am able to use my commercial and customer support experience to make sure our customers are satisfied each time they contact us.

I have taken on a challenge to use this commercial and customer support
experience to raise our customers’ satisfaction with questions and requests to the 100% level.

The enthusiasm and professionalism of the team as well as the entire organization is contagious. The structure of the department provides a challenging work environment with a great deal of variety. I enjoy working in such a professional yet informal atmosphere. And the fact that quality is essential in each process step is very appealing to me.

In my spare time I cycle, go walking and enjoy reading. I am also still actively pursuing my old love – ballet. And my husband and I are very involved in the activities of our children.
