As QEHS Lead, I safeguard customer and government requirements in our and our suppliers’ processes. It is also my job to make sure my colleagues go home as healthy and safe as they arrived in the morning!

Having worked in various quality and compliance roles in the glass industry for 18 years, I have accumulated knowledge and experience of ISO certifications in quality, environment, energy and occupational safety management systems. Combined with my business background, I can critically assess the internal organization.

My goal is to take Sentech to the next level in terms of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance). All over the world, rules are being made on these subjects. Having good policies in place will help us contribute to a sustainable and inclusive future.

At Sentech, the employee truly comes first. There is room to translate your competencies into workable processes in order to grow together. Because my position is new within this organization, I can contribute something every day. That gives me a lot of energy and satisfaction.

My greatest passion in my spare time is scouting. For over 30 years, I have pursued this (somewhat out-of-control) hobby on a weekly basis. I am president of our association and I guide young adults between the ages of 15 and 18. It’s great to help young people develop in a free and social way. That’s also important in today’s society. In scouting, they learn to be independent and appreciate others as they are. As well as scouting, I spend a lot of time in nature: climbing, geocaching, mountain biking or just enjoying vacations with my partner Susanne.
