The development of sensors requires knowledge in various fields such as electronics, physics, chemistry and IT. In my previous job, I gained experience with radars. A radar measures distances without touching the object. The radars we use at Sentech are smaller than a euro coin and measure distances in less than a millisecond. I am very interested in all this.
At Sentech, we work together to develop sensors in a close-knit team where we complement each other and learn from each other.
I am married and we have two daughters. We lived in Bolivia for a long time. We really miss that beautiful country and its people. At our dinner table, we regularly drop Spanish words and share memories.
My wife and I are both involved in our church where we lead a group of people who have questions about the Christian faith. We do this using the Alpha program.
