Artur Kusmierek

As a Process Engineer, I translate RD&E projects into production capabilities. For example, I prepare work instructions and production part lists. I also introduce new sensor solutions to my colleagues in the production department.

At Sentech, the work atmosphere and structure are at a high level. My colleagues really give me a boost. My team and the results of our work keep me happy and motivated. It’s not always easy to improve things. But, I enjoy the challenge. Challenge accepted.

My most important ambition is to create. I live this motto in my photography, art, and music. Currently, I’m primarily focused on playing music. Every day, I try to play guitar and improve my musical skills.
