Michel van Dooren
As a Quality Engineer, I am part of Sentech’s Quality Department. I am responsible for the proper and timely settlement of customer complaints. I do this by performing a thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and, when needed, taking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). In addition to customer complaints, there are also supplier complaints — from customer-related problems as well as internal findings. I also have a hand in that.
Besides the settlement of complaints, I also hope to be able to contribute to the overall quality at Sentech. My goal is to improve efficiency and effectiveness, which — if that works well — ensures that there will be fewer complaints. This naturally provides more time to concentrate on more improvements.
Now a little about me: I live in Veldhoven (NL), I am married and I have a little boy. I like to spend my spare time with my family. Besides that, I enjoy getting together with friends and my extended family. Then we drink a (special) beer and enjoy a good cut of meat or a piece of fish from the barbecue.
