In my job as Business Controller, I focus on analyzing and improving all sorts of business processes. I do this using focused analyses as well as reports of financial data and company information. I advise Management about the organizational and market developments, I translate goals into measurable KPIs, and I help the organization arrive at the best results in an efficient manner.

From the first moment that I became familiar with Sentech, I sensed the ambition and mentality to achieve the best. This ambition goes along with attention for personnel and a pleasant, informal company culture. As Jeff Bezos says, “Work hard, have fun, make history.”

Since I enjoy having a bite to eat and a drink with family and friends, I think it’s important to keep active. But that’s not a problem for me: soccer and badminton are my favorite sports. I enjoy training but I also like to fanatically participate in games, during the weekend.
